I stayed here for a week while visiting Massachusetts. I was pleased with my stay. I was pleased with the quality of the checking in process, the gentlemen who I checked in with was professional and helpful. My room was a good experience overall, though I do think the floor in my room could had been vacuumed more upon me entering for the first time. The room was clean overall. There were an adequate amount of towels and wash rags already which was helpful. Housekeeping is available upon the visitors request. Parking was free. They were offering only a bag breakfast in the morning, which is to be expected due to Covid. I paid a good price for 3 nights especially since other hotels I had looked at in the area were a good amount higher. I would be inclined to come back to this location and recommend to anyone looking to stay in a good area between Boston and Foxboro area of Massachusetts.

We used this Marriott for our wedding room block and the experience was phenomenal! Katerina was our coordinator and she flawlessly kept track of every change and update throughout the whole process. Everyone raved about the cleanliness and spacious rooms- access to the courtyard and fire pit were fabulous too. Katerina helped us to book the conference room for our hair/makeup- DEFINITELY recommend for future brides. It was the perfect space to accommodate our big wedding party and the hotel even provided a mimosa bar for the girls. 10/10 stay!

I recently got married on 8/7/21 and had my wedding hotel block here. I worked with Katerina, and she was extremely helpful throughout the process. Brides – book the conference room to get ready for extra space. It even included a mimosa/juice station! They even let us have the after party in the hotel lobby (yes, you read that correctly). It was a wonderful stay and made our wedding night even that much better.

We had booked a king suite for one night, but we were told none were available at check in, so they gave us a room with two queens. On the day of check out, we needed the room past the normal check out time to prepare for a wedding. Joe was a great guy with a great personality who helped us out and let us stay a couple extra hours in the room to get ready.

Front desk staff are extremely professional, friendly and courteous! They took their time to explain the COVID protocols and ways they will still be able to accommodate room service, new linens, etc. Our room was perfectly clean and sanitized. We went down to the restaurant located in the hotel. Food and atmosphere was fantastic! This is our second time staying at this location. Enjoyed our stay!

Good and bad. Hard to find at night. Until Daryl told me to look for the fedex sign, it was hard to see late night for the turn in. He was very cordial, and welcoming. My natural inclination was to use the shower fixture on the left, but I did not realize, that it did not control temp, and that temp lever was on the right. Once I was told, it was not an issue. Overall, the place was nice and clean. Bathroom floor could have been mopped. Breakfast was complimentary, and was good for me.

Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel !! Twice I checked for it, to check out. Someone obviously kept it in their room, and did not return it. I called and asked for help with one bag. I always tip; told yes by manager. Nobody came. I waited and waited, and then called back. Got a NO ! But I did see a custodian available. Why ? I had an urgent family issue,— a funeral,—and this caused me great anxiety. I was a half hour late because of “all this cart drama !” Terrible !! As I awkwardly rolled two different sized bags down the aisle, a guest voluntarily helped me. Thank you, kind guest. I did get to voice my concerns, and they were heard. Overall, a decent hotel. I would probably stay here again, keeping in mind, that some at the front desk, are more accommodating than others.

Everything looked pretty normal up front, but the room was infested with roaches. The hotel staff was willing to switch rooms/floors, but there were roaches in that room as well. We checked out after thoroughly inspecting and repacking our belongings. It’s likely that in-room cooking and minimized trash collection made the situation worse. Whatever the cause, this is a showstopper.

I reported my experience to Marriott. The company apologized and told me to expect a response directly from the hotel. To date, no response has been received.

We stayed for 10 nights for work. The staff was friendly and it was in a convenient location for where we had to go. It appeared clean but a staff member came into the lobby without a mask on while we checking in and cleaning staff wore their masks below their chin. I disliked how the comforter is tucked in between the sheet and top blanket (a duvet cover would be more appropriate) and the bottom sheet doesn’t fit the bed causing it to slip off. The WiFi was out for the first couple of days and when we were trying to pack the car to leave, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. You also had to request to have your room cleaned during your stay and they only offered it once a week. We requested rooms with fire places and while it was nice in my room, the timer clicked the entire time it was on and my co-workers fireplace didn’t work. I loved the shower and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable so overall it was an adequate hotel for our needs.

Great place to shop for casual and work clothes plus seasonal lines. Try to get there quarterly to freshen up my wardrobe I like their shoe selection but they rarely carry wide so I have yet to purchase footwear there.

This place is definitely Hit or Miss sometimes they have really good styles to choose from and you find what you’re looking for prices were really good but my daughter didn’t find anything and since we made the long ride I picked out a dress that I wasn’t thrilled with but it was good enough to wear to a wedding but lots to choose from Worth the trip if you don’t live too far away.

I love my new car! Sean was amazing. He did so much legwork beforehand it really made the entire process so much easier! I think we got a great deal! He really listened to what we wanted and found two options that were perfect! We just had to decide between them. I would highly recommend Sean if you are looking for someone to make the process so much easier. Yup, I love my new cat!

I had a very nice experience at Clay Subaru buying our ’18 Outback. Amanda was a very good salesperson. She made sure she was available at all times and answered all my questions right away. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a few glitches with the registration and they went above and beyond to help me get the car registered in a timely fashion. Will at Clay Subaru was by far the absolute best car salesman I have ever experienced! He was energetic but not overwhelming or pushy. His empathy and ability to listen was outstanding! I enjoyed the experience so much that I even shared his contact information with a friend of mine who is considering buying a new vehicle. Professional, courteous, helpful service from
beginning to end. Once I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted and assisted immediately.
Although the service department was extremely busy, my adviser, Ken Black, helped me right away. He is diligent and helpful. I always trust him.
He explained the required services and kept me aware of the progress. Ken called me and told me that my car was ready. When I picked up the car, it was sparkling clean.

Ali is a fantastic service advisor as usual. Since he has been there, I actually enjoy going to Mercedes for my service appointments because I trust he will make sure everything turns out great. My vehicle is always nice and clean when I pick it up which makes me happy to go back for service appointments knowing my vehicle will be clean and well serviced. He is also very sweet to my daughter and even helped put some of my items back in my car so I wouldn’t forget them. I am hoping if I end up with another service advisor at some point that they will be just as good as he is. Thank you for all that you do at Mercedes Westwood!
