The staff is friendly and meets the Hyatt standards in used to. The rooms need to be updated. The furniture, carpeting, etc… has seen better days.
Currently there are a few floors being used by Tufts students so expect it to be busy. The students are very polite and we only had positive interactions with them.
The pool is heated, even when it’s warm out so it’s too hot when the weather is nice.

Deserve to be 4.5 star. Breakfast is great with lots of good things such as yogurt, egg, bacon, cereals, oranges/apples, juice and bagels. The parking is convenient under the ground. The two things are not good: there is not enough power plugs in the room so you may need to bring some extension cord yourself; some rooms are facing freeway and you can hear the noise at night.

What a great hotel! Loved the spacious lobby clean room. The staff knows how to provide genuine hospitality. They are the best! Oh yes, all provided at a good value.

We enjoyed the excellent tour, great presentation and informative tour guide. The beautiful campus is conveniently located outside of Boston which provides easy access to city social life if it’s one’s interest to pursue.

Nice neat and clean store. I hadn’t been to a Kohl’s for about 17 years. I wasn’t terribly impressed. Maybe I just don’t know how to shop there which influences my review. It looks like most things are at list price, but I didn’t spend time trying to figure out the deals. I was looking for some work clothes, and I finally found something in my size. It didn’t have a price on it, and when I looked closer inside it said “Fashioned to fit women.” That’s fine, but they were in the men’s section. I spent way too much time there and couldn’t find anything I wanted.

I had a great viewing experience here watching Dunes by Timothy Chalet, Josh Brolin, and Oscar Isaac Newton. I went with a big group of friends and we had an awesome time. The price was reasonable and the theatre was not too crowded even though it was opening weekend. I also had a popcorn which tasted fire, so much butter. The sound quality and visual quality was good and my friends all had a blast watching Timothy get eaten by a sand-worm on the big screen (spoiler alert!)

Beautiful theater (pro tip: find out what is showing in the main theater). Very clean and well maintained. It shows they care about movies and have many special showings. Great selection of concessions (classics plus beer and wine). The Somerville theatre is good for a movie/night of nostalgia.

Thanks to the kind lady who let us into the rest room when the store was not open yet. We came from a travel and my son really wanted to use rest room. All places around didn’t let us. Thank you for the kindness.

The only reason a 33 year old would be appropriately able to review Medford a High School is because they either work for the school system, coach, parent, or play in the recreational sports league with the BSSC. I’m a part of the latter. My experience with Medford High School goes only as far as their state of the art turf fields. They are large and in great shape. It appears soccer and field hockey club teams play on the expansive fields with enough room for 6, 7 on 7 games to be played under sufficient lighting. Location is a few miles from the 93 and parking is a breeze.

Do not go to this school it’s a racist and no respect at all this school is too far , the idiot is dumb and has no brain to put school close or halfway, the fights they re are everyday the lack of staff reacting to them are low and less dependable to react to stop the fights, some of the teachers have no respect, mot nice , rude . Also they re rule on fluid drinks is dumb rule that they allow a disabled child to drink that you have to ask permission to drink water or juice. This school is the worst , truly racist and should going to school and be condemned and some of the have no respect also be kick out.

Courts are designed to serve the people and not the other way around. Massachusetts law, especially concerning small claims court specifically states that many people attending the court are not familiar with the laws and procedures plus may be under severe stress, therefore it’s important that the clerk’s office recognizes that this is often the case and needs to be considerate and helpful (with the exception that they cannot provide legal advice aside from procedure.)

Unfortunately, I’ve found the few times I’ve been in there that the people working in that office are highly impatient, snappy, and argumentative. While I recognize these people have to deal with some very troubled people, they need to realize that they are there to serve the taxpayer and not everyone that walks through the door is a loser. In fact, it’s a shame that anyone that has to go there (guilty of wrongdoing or not) has to deal with the clerk’s office employees attitudes of being pre-judged.

Their general attitude is so bad and paints the town of Malden in such a negative light, that I felt obligated to contact the state court justice that’s in charge of overseeing Massachusetts courts. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t heard any reply from this justice. With my latest visit today to submit paperwork, nothing had changed.

In summary, the main issue is that court employees are often immune to losing their jobs or feel entitled and empowered in their positions. They should not be exerting an impatient attitude on citizens seeking their help. There simply needs to be a simple way to fire some of these employees or at least make it known that treating the public poorly will not be tolerated as they should be positive ambassadors of the legal system.”}]}

Overall I feel all staff are good people and just trying to do thier jobs…people tend to say bad things about the court because they got into trouble..or are impatient. It’s a small courthouse overloaded with criminals more and more every year..So be patient with staff and CO’s

Took out a restraining order on June 26th called almost every other day to see if it was served but the best one is when the defendant came by my house the other day and I called to have it served and I was told they didn’t have anything and I would have to call the court house well it’s August 5 and still hasn’t been served pathetic.

Our table was seated fairly quickly and we were given hearty portions of breakfast food. Omelettes and French Toast were both enormous and tasty. I had a Veggie Wrap made into a Sandwich that was delicious— with a great spread of hummus! The staff was kind and on point, as well.

Excellent breakfast spot! I loved the self-serve all-you-can drink coffee station with a wide variety of hot beverages available. I had the breakfast bowl, which included a layer of hashbrowns covered with vegetables, including fresh avocado, cheese, and topped with three eggs prepared your way (mine were over-medium). The bowl needed some spices added to it when it was served (hot sauce, salt, and pepper), but it was very good. They had all kinds of eggs Benedict variations that looked awesome. Most entree prices were between $11 and $17.

My friends walked in, and I bought an overpriced drink with cash and I didn’t tip – because I wasn’t familiar with America and their culture for expected tips. Where I’m from, tips are only given when it’s high quality service.

The bartender lady yelled at me saying “HELLO?? Why didn’t you tip??” I didn’t know what she meant so I started turning around. She yelled, “EXCUSE ME If you don’t tip, you’re not allowed another drink!!!”
I didn’t want another drink, so I ignored her
She kept going, “You don’t believe me?? I’ll tell the other bars you’re not allowed anymore drinks!!”
At that point, I got really scared and went over to my American friends who were away from the bar. I didn’t tell them about what happened because I don’t like making a scene.
Ten minutes later, when we were walking to the other side of the bar, she went around the bar and stopped my group and said “You can’t pass through here until you finish your drinks because YOU didn’t tip. Who doesn’t tip?? Seriously??” We were in shock – One of my friends was ready to fight her, but I didn’t want to cause a scene so I took out $2, which she snatched it from my hands, and let us pass through saying loudly “Seriously who doesn’t tip??”

My American friends later told me that bartenders rely heavily on tips because their wages are very low, so now I know why tips in America are expected – but I hate the way this bartender dealt with it.

I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the night because of that experience and left early. This was a terrible first experience of American bar, and I hope other bartenders are not this rude.
She was a blonde lady with arm tattoos. To the bartender: -if you’re reading this, please consider being more polite to future customers. To management – Please pay your employees actual wages so they do not have to rely on tips. Thanks you.”}]}

I had to pay in full before they ordered the part which is fine. I was told while buying the part at the service center that the $350 was my TOTAL AMOUNT. When I went to get the part replaced I had to pay AN ADDITIONAL $120 for one hour of labor. I don’t have money to throw around and the repair was expensive enough as it is. When I approached someone at the service center, the answer was “sorry, someone should have told you”.

I am completely annoyed, frustrated, and angry at the cost and amount of time it took to replace the plastic cap on my mirror. They never called me to say the part was ready because they forgot about it and charge a ridiculous amount for labor. Terrible customer service. BEWARE AND PROCEED WITH CAUTION”}]}

I ordered the Cowboy Eggs Benedict and Pancakes. Everything looked so very good but I didn’t like the taste of the shaved meat. I wouldn’t order it again, that said, I would like to try other items on the menu, everything looks so good, they definitely know how to make a good presentation. My favorite thing here in the whole experience was the pancakes along with the atmosphere of the place. Pure maple available upon request. I decided to write this review as I went along having the experience of trying the restaurant. At first very nice reception, very clean atmosphere and some jazz playing on the background. As I sit down a waiter promptly hands me the menu and ask what would I have for drink, she recommends me the hot chocolate with whipped cream. I have that and at first it looks good but not I didn’t liked very much, it reminded me of powdered chocolate with milk and the Whipped cream was the thickest I’ve ever seen in my life, I had to dig it in with a spoon in order to reach the liquid, some might consider it good.

Excellent place for breakfast and brunch! It was our second visit and won’t be the last. That are quick, efficient and nice. Be sure to arrive early and be ready for a wait ouro. It’ll move quickly and it’s definitely worth it! Very large menu and reasonably priced. Probably a top breakfast place in the area!

From being greeted by being yelled at by the very loud gentleman at the door. I immediately had flashbacks of my childhood. The long line moved very quickly. The service was amazing and the food was even better. I wanted to order the entire menu. Some of the best French toast I ever. Wasn’t a fan of the potatoes but still a great experience. The breakfast steak tips and eggs were great.

I’ve always had a love for Marshall’s and I always will, but my only problem is that the greeters are standing from the time I enter and until the time I have to leave. Please respect your elders and get them a chair it’s just not right. At least give them the choice to sit once standing gets to much. I love that they’re still able to work it’s a wonderful sight to see it truly is. Please take this in to consideration.

Such a hidden gem! I had no idea American flatbread had a restaurant outside of Vermont and I was SO excited to see this crossover of wood fired pizza & candle pin bowling. Unfortunately the wait for bowling was 2 hours (Friday night) but we did enjoy a couple of great pizzas! Can’t wait to come back!

This place is an absolute gem! It’s a touch outside of the city but easily accessible by transit. The bowling is actually more fun than normal bowling and is extremely unique to Boston. Accompany that with an excellent craft beer selection and some wood fired pizzas and it’s a perfect match.

Would recommend calling to reserve a lane. Extremely friendly staff, must visit whether you’re a local or visiting!
