One of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Wet, stained carpet. Mold in the closet and on the bed side table. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Cable only worked if all the lights were out. Hallways smelled. Old, smoked joint papers on our balcony. Just give your money to another location.

This place is disgusting and dirty. There is the stench of mildew and mold. There was a hole in the ceiling and a laundry cart under it with the same water for 4 days. The garbage cans were full all the time and there was garbage over flowing from them. The doors to the parking lot didn’t work so they were left propped open all day and then if you come back at night you couldn’t use your key to enter. The hot water pressure was a trickle and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. There were fresh water stain in the ceilings in the hallways. The lobby and pool area were poorly lit and the images are completely false and doctored. They also double charged me for my room and refuse to call me back making me have to go through my banks fraud department. There is a Red Roof down the street with newly renovated rooms. Skip this place and stay somewhere else.

Mold in bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioner was louder the the TV. The whole building had aprox.90% humidity. I have been staying here several years now and it has quickly gone down hill. The roof leaks all over the building. Will not be staying there anymore. There are several newer hotels within a mile of there.

Super clean, friendly staff, and very accommodating. For only visiting a few days, the stay at Sonesta Select was outstanding. We especially like the option to bring pets.

Full time living in this hotel. I talked to a lady who hangs out around the hotel. They move them around the hotel. The pool is green and nasty. Coffee limited due to covid. No breakfast. Over 150 a night. I stayed 4 nights and 5 days too long. The cleaning staff was nice but only came in one day. Made bed with wet sheets. I changed both beds at 10 pm.
They charged my card 200.00 for a cleaning fee without notice. Said we smoked in the room. Nope. Called the desk and the lady was nice enough to take it off.
A lot of money for not a lot of service.

Decent rooms.Not a bad spot to spend a couple nights. Pet friendly even for large dogs. There’s a stop and shop and a liquor store literally within a 5 min walk. Can be barking at night, so if you’re into that ask for a room away from dogs and you’ll be better off. The elevator has to be the slowest in the nation 😬

DO NOT STAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I am a Marriott Platinum member. I virtually live in Marriott hotels around the world. I have a simple profile that requests a high floor, extra towels and pillows. I chose this property for the low price while driving from Boston down to NYC after a long day. Arrived at 9:30pm. It is in the middle of nowhere managed by people dressed in sweats who cannot even do simple things like program key cards correctly. They successfully delivered the opposite on every item in my profile. You would hope literacy is a minimum Marriott requirement.
Update: Marriott’s focus on growth has resulted in many franchise operations where corporate has no authority.

My 2nd stay with this hotel during the pandemic was a long one and I must say it was very pleasant. Staff was hugely improved this time around. Kudos to Jesse and his team.

1st stay: Rude staff. They do not greet their guests. Did not even offer water during check-in. When asked for reducing the brightness of the TV, I was told “There is no way you can reduce the brightness of the TV”. they went to an extent to yell at me. When you call them from the room, they will say “Front Desk” that’s it without anything such as “how may I help you” etc.

This is our last night here. I was worried the first day we stayed here because one of the employees was outside my window with corporate and they were looking into windows. So very strange. Anyway – I spoke to the young man at the front desk and he was SO lovely and understanding of my concern. Turns out corporate was doing repairs and it was that managers last day anyway.

After that I have ZERO complaints. Everyone was so kind, housekeeping was lovely. We were here because we sold our house and needed somewhere in the interim so I was anxious for sure. I was concerned about being bothered, or lack of privacy and that’s was not the case at all. Everyone was kind but also left me alone, lol.

Definitely recommended this property if you need somewhere to stay for a while. 😊

I enjoy LL Bean ‘s store but it is very pricey. The c lothes are made well and I’ve never regretted purchasing anything from them. They don’t carry wide women’s shoes in their store which is disappointing. I believe you can order them online. They have handicapped parking in front of store but the non curbed entry is not in front of the doors , which is inconvenient. They do have restrooms that are handicapped available. We went in to purchase a coat for our dog but there wasn’t a great selection. They also have big spot lights at the front of store that makes it hard to see towards the back of store. All that being said, I still enjoy a walk around. They have all sorts of outdoor gadgets, great canvas bags and goodies as you check out.

I had the best experience at this LL Bean! Ever since the beginning of the pandemic I have wanted to get into kayaking, but wasn’t sure how to start.
Finally I decided I was ready to ask for some help. I was greeted in the kayaking area by the store manager, Peggy, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
She not only walked me through everything I would need to get on the water, she even offered to have her experts, John and Ryan install the equipment on my roof and mount the kayaks, showing me exactly what I would have to do later when it was time to do it myself.
McKenna, who rang up my order was also awesome! I’ve been on the water a few times now this year and couldn’t have done it so confidently without them. Thank you guys so much!
This LL Bean store is well worth the visit!

The bed is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is perfect location if you are going to Gillette Stadium or the Xfinity Center and meets needs perfectly for those events. The hotel is kept Better than most hotels of higher star rating. Their was hot coffee and some breakfast options, even though full breakfast isn’t going because of Covid, just like any other place during this time. Hotel even offered a shuttle service to Gillette Stadium. This hotel is very focused on meeting guests needs. This place has been a hidden gem for my husband and I for years.

So I might not be objective because before to check in with this hotel I’ve checked in with another one close by(with word Red in the name). There was a cockroach on my bed. After that kind of experience anything will be amazing.

However I will try my best to summarize the Comfort inn pros and cons.
Pros: very cozy, clean, great staff, you can open your window and hear birds singing, fridge, microwave, huge tv, if not opening windows you won’t hear a sound from outside, big room, smells good!
Cons: the A/C looks super old but it works great anyway.

For that price – great!

P.s the building looks as it has some history, for those who inspired by past this place is a visual pleasure:)

I used to love this store, however: since things are being changed around and new brands incorporated I have not found many items that I would consider purchasing. Also, Sephora takes up way too much space for products that are way too expensive.
Very disappointed. Kohl’s used to be my favorite store!

My only complaint this store has a great selection of many things. But when struggling in intimates. I found all large sizes to be on the bottom of the racks jammed toge- ther. In order to find what size I was looking What should have taken a matter of minutes took me over 1/2 hour. Please rethink this display. and put large size at the top. I guarantee you will sell more. As we have spend more. The cashier knew her job and the rest my visit was pleasant. PS the BR was clean, neat and tidy. TY I will come to this store again.your doing a good job keep it up.

Usually have no issues when I go there, and I understand that they are short staffed , but still shouldn’t take half hour/ 45 min to pick up an online order. And I get it your short staffed but giving that attitude back to the customers is also kinda a bad idea as I can get shoes for my son many places.

Good selection of retail shops to meet most people’s needs. Ample parking. Clean public restrooms. Food trucks and restaurants. Perfect destination for a pleasant day shopping. Only surprise was that the prices are not really discounted, but there wasplenty of sales.

Don’t carry money to cash a check for a non customer the check was from TD Bank written to me for $5,500 and they told me because I was not a customer they don’t have enough money to cash it for us but they would cash it if I was one of their direct customers major inconvenience told me the closest bank I can go to is 15 miles in the opposite direction waste of time gas and money and still have to pay a fee to cash a check when I get there plus their manager was very rude

my mom and i didnt know what time they closed and we came in a few minutes before close with a large cash deposit. the employees helped us regardless and were super nice along the way. i felt so bad for being a nightmare customer but so grateful that they were able to deposit it. 100% would recommend this location. 🙂

Typical Best Buy experience. Best Buy has always been a bit more on the expensive side, even for brick and mortar, which is why I give them 4 stars instead of 5. Recently returned an Elgato capture card – it was functional just not what I needed. Their refund process is quick and easy.

They charge $10/spectator for AAU games, no discounts for multiple family members or seniors. Had to park on the road. Nowhere to sit. No AC. Ref didn’t call flagrant fouls. No bathroooms. No concessions. All courts in a single area, not separated. Courts aren’t good quality. Nearby MassPremier was a much better experience.

Every time I come here, the girls are SO friendly and helpful. They immediately welcome you into the store and ask if you need help with anything. I feel like I make a new friend every time I’m in there. Staff is so so so sweet💓

Customer service is number 1 at Marathon sport. The second I walked in they greeted me and asked if I needed any help! I have gotten a stride analysis done countless times, but it wasn’t necessary his visit. That said, they would have no issue. Selected my shoe, tried it on, went for a run and knew it was for me. I loved every cross country jersey hanging in the store, I saw even mine on the outskirts of central ma. Brought back memories. I have the shoes for a few days and ran about 30+ miles in them so they are good. Great store all around! Worth the visit!

This place is fantastic. The available gait analysis and ultra precision foot measurement made for a perfect fitting running sneaker choice. Massive selection for all shapes and sizes of feet for all running levels. Will likely never buy running shoes anywhere else again.

They also sell tons of athletic wear, have yet to delve into that space…

Wen I first went there to buy shoes for work they was all nice ready to sell me shoes, got one for $130 wear it for few months, now I have whole on my shoes went back to the store to ask them if they can exchange for another pair because I paid $130 for it I though it was a lot of money for just few months but no, they refused because it already expired. But at same time they was ready to fit me on another pair for me to pay for it, that’s the las time I will ever Buy anything there.

I cannot rave enough about the customer service at this location! I came in this morning after discovering that my ex boyfriend had hastily removed me from his account and also blocked all my data. I am not from Mansfield and could not even access my GPS to get home without data. When attempting to transfer my number to a new account I was initially informed that I would have to pay off the phone to the sum of $651. I had purchased my phone during a promotion back in December and had been receiving monthly credits so that the installments of the phone were only
$5 a month…but was told since I was switching accounts that that promotion would basically be null and void. Then came Brandi to the rescue!! What an AMAZING asset to the company! She spent over an hour trying to figure out how to switch my number and my previous installment plan over to a new account and could not have been more kind, helpful, and understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond and I could not be more appreciative of her. If you are ever in Mansfield and need assistance with anything AT&T related she is your girl!! Thank you again Brandi, you made what started out as an awful day turn out to be a positive one!!

I have been eating at Kyoto for about 6 years now. The Sushi is always fresh. The all you can eat sushi is a great value, a lot of cool items to choose from. Tepanyaki grilled shrimp is one of my favorites. Super Friendly staff, consistent great service each and every time!

Sushi rolls veeerry small for the price. Fish is minced instead of whole. Should be half the price for minced fish. Ginger is pink (made with artificial dye).
