Excellent place to stay! A group of seven of us were vacationing in Massachusetts and we stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in the Chelsea district of Boston our last two nights. Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate – very clean, fresh, and welcoming. The restaurant served a limited menu for dinner, consisting of several choices of sandwiches and a few more robust entrées. Everything we had was delicious; the food was hot, fresh and filling, as well as very tasty. Even though the trains ran every fifteen or so minutes within viewing distance of the hotel, and the traffic was non-stop, we couldn’t hear their whistle blow in our rooms nor the traffic itself. The beds were super comfy and everything in our rooms was obviously very well kept and maintained. More though, the price was perfect compared to so many other places that were so exorbitantly overpriced, and getting to everything we wanted to see from this location was very easy and quick. Definitely ten stars.

Nice hotel but unfortunately poor location. Our room was directly above where the train comes blaring through. 3:45am and on we were wide awake because of the train. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you need a full night’s sleep

Well the room was fine and the train wasn’t very loud from my room at least. But the issue came after we left. We left some stuff there and when we called asking about it we were told “I’ll talk to housekeeping and call you back” it’s been a full day now and no call. Great thanks. 😐 and WE called back to try and get an update but the head of housekeeping left for the day.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was one lady working the bar at night and she did an excellent job keeping up with all the drink and food orders. The bar food was good and it was nice it was available until 10 pm.

I don’t know how anyone would give this hotel more than a couple of stars. The outside building and lobby look fine but the rooms are disgusting. The walls and doors are so worn, the sofa bed looks like it’s over a decade old, there’s crumbs on the carpet. The bathroom door won’t even close shut because it’s so beat up. I just can’t comprehend the good reviews. It was so bad we actually left the hotel.

No airport shuttle, but some websites say they do have one. Not a big deal for me, but might be for some people.
Immaculate rooms, staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was a step above most places although not the best I’ve had in a hotel. Overall I’d be happy to stay here again, next time I’m in Boston.

It is fine as far as budget hotels go. I think it was really overpriced but compared to other hotels in the area, it was cheap so I guess hotels in Boston are just pricey. My biggest issue is having only 1 functional elevator in a 7 story building. Maybe they fixed that after we left though. The staff is really friendly and helpful, I feel I should mention that as it truly does go a long way.

The room they gave us smelt like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes, we asked to be moved to a different room. The new room was better but overall the hotel needs to be revamped and updated. I won’t be staying there again! The front desk staff were very nice I would give them a 4 ⭐️ But NOT the hotel!

The staff was very nice, the hotel could use some updating but wasn’t bad. The couch in the suite was gross looking, we did not sit on it. The bed was very comfortable which is always good.

Get their spicy fries. The burger is seriously so good I had to eat it right there outside in the cold. I guess that is why they have two outdoor dining tables. There was a short but worthwhile wait. Ample parking if you are driving or hop on the orange line at the nearby Wellington station.

I have climbed at all of the gyms in the Boston area and MetroRock is my favorite! The walls are well-featured (corners, chimneys, cracks, roofs, slab, sustained, arch), textured (smear away!) and long. The route-setters are creative and provide a nice variation in types of climbs, and the grading is representative of outdoor climbing in the area. The atmosphere is welcoming- you can be a beginner or go with your family and feel comfortable here. The staff are friendly, I never feel rushed or like I’m annoying with a question or request. Overall a very down-to-earth place where you can have fun and improve your climbing

This is for the Manager of the Texas Road House in Everett MA. I just wanted to give him a compliment on his staff at the take out window. I picked up some take out on Monday, 9/20/21around. 5:00pm. The girl who waited on me was very pleasant, rechecked the order &
Even called me by my name when I got to the window. & had a nice smile on her face. Very professional. I am sorry I did not get her name. I I was there the day before & tried to order it was crazy. I left .
I tried to call your restaurant to speak with the manager, yo leave a compliment. unfortunately I could not get thru.
So I am writing this review. Thank you

Amazing service. Amazing food. Great prices for big portions and free refills. Everything tasted fresh. We got lots of attention from our waiter and senior manager who, upon learning it was our first time at the establishment, offered us a sampler of some of their sides. Highly recommended!

Consistently Good food, they even make salad taste good (house salad). Carnivore paradise
You can choose your steak or request a bigger cut. Ribs are very good as well
Everything is good and the atmosphere is crazy and loud, so if your kids scream it won’t matter.

This Target is very conveniently placed near the Encore. It is a large location with lots of items. It is fully stocked as well – despite nationwide Starbucks shortages, this Target seemed to have all the drinks I was looking for! Also, it is well kempt. I do not have any complaints.

I was blown away with my positive experience ordering online and picking up/ drive up at Target in Everett last night! My order was ready for pick up so fast and was accurate. I need to share that Oscar, the staff that brought my order out to my car, was fantastic!! He was already out there at the drive up spot with my bag in hand and cheerful demeanor. He was very helpful and kind, the type of customer service that leaves a positive memory of shopping at a store. I will definitely be back! Thank you Target and Oscar!

Customer service team is horrible. The girl who was assisting me couldn’t think outside the box and tried to tell me she couldn’t do something so she didn’t have to do it. Literally every Target in the 6+ states I’ve lived in do it.

This place was absolutely disgusting. From the dirty tampon left on the bed to the nurses attitude. Not a single person bother to ask if my girlfriend was ok during her emergency. Truly gross to see this kind of hospital in Massachusetts.

I left my charger in the room as I leave the exit I remembered I left it 2 min later they said they couldn’t find it !!! Total bullish?t , nurses are rude, make fun of other handy cap, I heard it as I sat next to the counter! This place needs new management!

I personally worked there as security and I can tell you that I would not bring my worst enemy there. I had to bring a lady down to the morgue one night because she had a heart attack in the Ed and one of the nurses through her chart down on her chest while we were in the elevator and said this woman would still be alive if her family had just brought her to Mass General. Don’t bring anybody there for a major medical issue. A couple stitches fine but other than that get your loved one some actual medical treatment.

I find it a bit pricey and every time you try to use one of their coupons they NEVER seem to work so that’s a bit aggravating also the way the employees follpw you around is in called for. Either way they do always have what I’m looking for but it’s not my favorite store to shop in.

I had a fantastic trip to this Costco. The employees were so proactive and helpful with suggestions and kind recommendations! Going before lunch on a Friday was a wonderful experience. Their selection was fantastic!

I highly recommend their fresh baked multigrain bread from the bakery – outta this world.

The wine selection was excellent and Kirkland vineyards has some really amazing products both boxed and bottled!

Produce is ripe and keeping well on the counter or in the fridge at my house.

Even the cashier and her assistant were friendly and amazing – handling each of my groceries and items with care.

We needed 4 custom made Juliette balconies for some very old buildings at our condo complex and needed some extra features built in. The balconies had to function as gates so large furniture could be brought into the 2nd floor as the stairs are too narrow. They had to lock and safety was a huge concern. Creation Iron Design built us exactly what we needed and added some great safety features that made them better than we ever though they could be. The design features they added also made the balconies very decorative and attractive all while still being able to function safely as a gate. We couldn’t be any happier with the workmanship, the attention to detail and the ease of doing business with Creation. Every step of the way they exceeded our expectations. Every condo association board member agreed they did a fantastic job and that may be the only time that we as a board unanimously agreed to anything! Thank you Creation!

Mario was able to take a photo of a rail design I loved and fabricate rails for my front steps. The rails came out amazingly well. They are unique and were true to the photo I provided. The process only took a couple of weeks and the installers did a great job. Highly recommend!

Mario and his crew did a great job! They were very professional, and the rail is exactly like I pictured. I enjoyed working with them, and thought Mario did a wonderful job communicating, which I feel is a critical aspect to any job. He responded to email questions quickly and showed up on time, both for the quote and the install.

We had a major landscaping project done in our backyard, and a steep set of stone stairs installed. For safety, I wanted a simple, curved iron handrail installed. Mario came out to give me a quote very quickly and he was very knowledgeable and polite. He didn’t try to sell me more than I wanted. Rather he made an effort to understand exactly what I wanted. I gave him a deposit for half, so they could fabricate the piece, and they installed it two weeks later. We are extremely happy and I recommend Creation Iron Design without hesitation.

Last week I got a nice UK HDTV thanks to one young man who was able to assist us and give us the details of the advantages of this TV and others, besides we got a great price for it. After 2 others failed to assist us in finding our best choice, this is at the Best Buy in Everett, MA. Great job 👏 that’s the greatest reason I love to go to the store in person than doing it online 😀. Plenty of parking and has a lovely park if you have kids with you. 😉

I went in to talk about my options for turning in my 2019 lease and James helped me find a shiny new lease in a short time! I didn’t expect to walk out with a brand new car that day but it relieved a lot of stress from me of turning in my lease and figuring out my next steps. I wish I bought all my cars here. Amazing and friendly staff. Great deal and even better service. These guys are the best car dealership Honda has to offer. Alex and Matt were there for me every step of the way and even went out of their way to check in with me a few weeks after to make sure everything was going well. They are light years better than any dealers I have ever worked with before.
