Excellent place to stay! A group of seven of us were vacationing in Massachusetts and we stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in the Chelsea district of Boston our last two nights. Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate – very clean, fresh, and welcoming. The restaurant served a limited menu for dinner, consisting of several choices of sandwiches and a few more robust entrées. Everything we had was delicious; the food was hot, fresh and filling, as well as very tasty. Even though the trains ran every fifteen or so minutes within viewing distance of the hotel, and the traffic was non-stop, we couldn’t hear their whistle blow in our rooms nor the traffic itself. The beds were super comfy and everything in our rooms was obviously very well kept and maintained. More though, the price was perfect compared to so many other places that were so exorbitantly overpriced, and getting to everything we wanted to see from this location was very easy and quick. Definitely ten stars.

Nice hotel but unfortunately poor location. Our room was directly above where the train comes blaring through. 3:45am and on we were wide awake because of the train. Would recommend looking elsewhere if you need a full night’s sleep

Well the room was fine and the train wasn’t very loud from my room at least. But the issue came after we left. We left some stuff there and when we called asking about it we were told “I’ll talk to housekeeping and call you back” it’s been a full day now and no call. Great thanks. 😐 and WE called back to try and get an update but the head of housekeeping left for the day.

Don’t forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I’ve been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won’t be let down.

Good location close to the airport. They have shuttles to the airport whenever you need them. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was interesting – a sliding door. But it all worked. Definitely recommend.

I don’t have an issue with the hotel .. I have an issue with the front desk employee who checked us in. She was impatient and rude and did not give us the time of day. She did not explain any of the hotel amenities and checked us in to a double bed room when we reserved a king room. I had to come down to the desk again and deal with a different employee who was much more accommodating and explained the amenities as well as got us the correct room. Unfortunately this employee put a bad taste in my mouth from the start and it’s a shame because the hotel itself has been fine.

BED BUGS!!
After I checked in for 4 hours, I found a bed bug crawling on the bed. I never seen a bed bug before so I have to google just to confirm. I stayed in Marriott hotels for 20 nights in the past 4 months and it was shocking that a Marriott hotel can have bed bugs. I killed the bed bug after taking photos and there are fresh blood from the bug. The front desk staff didn’t treat this like a serious problem, I asked them if they could help me clean the clothes,and luggage. Because I’m afraid I could carry them home through luggage and clothes. But they rejected and suggested me to use public laundry machine. After I got home, I have to sanitize all my clothes and my luggage, and put everything in the dryer for 2 hours just to make sure I don’t bring the bugs back.

Back to the room itself, it’s very closed to train tracks, a high way and airport. So the noise is constantly in a high level. On the photos the room looks new, that’s a main reason why I booked it. But in reality, it’s so worn. The sofa is disgusting, all the threads are coming out. The carpet looks dark and dirty. The only thing good about it might be it’s close to downtown Boston, only 10 mins drive.

Guys, if you booked this hotel, please double check the mattress and night stand to see if there are bugs. It can be very costly to remove bed bugs. If you are planning to book this hotel, although it can have a cheaper price, I don’t suggest it. It’s mentally stressful after staying in a room with bed bugs because you have to worry everyday if you bring it back or not. If you happen to bring it back, it can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars to remove them. It’s just not worth it.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was one lady working the bar at night and she did an excellent job keeping up with all the drink and food orders. The bar food was good and it was nice it was available until 10 pm.

I don’t know how anyone would give this hotel more than a couple of stars. The outside building and lobby look fine but the rooms are disgusting. The walls and doors are so worn, the sofa bed looks like it’s over a decade old, there’s crumbs on the carpet. The bathroom door won’t even close shut because it’s so beat up. I just can’t comprehend the good reviews. It was so bad we actually left the hotel.

I had to leave my car there for about a month and a half. Cost was 1022$ but the attendant who was really helpful by phone helps me get a coupon that bought it down to 9-something. I was displeased that after waiting 20 mins, the shuttle just pulled in and stopped for less than one minute and left while I was waiting to return to my vehicle. When I called, the second attendant hung up on me. I did appreciate the convenience. But next time I’ll just book a hotel the night before and park there for the duration of the trip. It’s way more cost effective with consistent service.

I’ve used this parking lot for airport trips several times over the last three years and it’s always an easy process. The staff is kind, the shuttles run frequently so you’re never waiting long, and it’s easy to park and find the shuttle upon return. The shuttle ride itself is also very quick. Definitely recommend parking here because the prices are better than parking closer to the airport, it’s still close to the airport, and the service is good.

I pulled in because the sign says “As low as $15.95”. It does not state you have to sign up for it before going through the gate and taking your ticket. When I checked out they charged me $26/day. I asked if I could have a discount, the rude, unprofessional and opinionated manger said no, I could not have the $15.95 because I didn’t sign up for it. When was this suppose to happen? I will not be parking there again and using their competitors. The ride to and from the airport was quick and easy pickup. They got me to my car by writing down the row. That’s about the only positive. It’s the most expensive other than the airport and the manager’s attitude was unacceptable.

There are no words on how to express this place.
The food and service was incredible. 9-22 is a special day and I didn’t mind playing $100 plus tip on top (for 2 people).
The $100 included an appetizer, main course, dessert and 2 drinks. In my opinion, if you like Italian food, this is the place to be.
Small little place with character.

I was visiting Boston and only had one night and wanted to eat some authentic Italian food. My family took me to Rino’s and it was exquisite. The food was amazing with a real downhome vibe. A must visit.

This is the school where students are struggling and the teachers instead of helping the students what they do is tell students take the rest of the school year off you’re Failing so what’s the point of coming to school!!! I can write a book about how bad this school is. I regret not listening to my son when he asked me if I can get him out of there!!!!

Terrible- I go there and there are more employees than customers, so you’d think someone would be helpful, but no! I go up to at least five Home Depot employees asking for help. Not one of them cared or knew about what I asked for. I asked where microfiber cloths were. An employee waved in the general area of the entire basement floor and walked away. I asked where locks were and an employee waved at the wrong aisle. I asked where pipe cleaners were and an employee had no idea what I was asking about. Most employees were just walking around aimlessly or huddled together chatting, and seemed annoyed that I was there and asking them for help. Deeply unhelpful and disturbing. Why even hire these people? And not one of them seemed to know an iota about home improvement. I will avoid going to this store at all costs and will be continuing my online orders from Amazon instead.

I love Market Basket stores, this one is pretty good. Assortment of goods is very good. Produce, dairy, meat, fish and ethnic foods? You can’t ask for better. Place is clean, well lit, orderly, they have an in store cafe and the public restrooms are pretty good. But it’s the staff that is a mixed bag at this store; many are extremely friendly and helpful, but then there’s this weird smattering of slackers and thug dudes. Yeah I know it’s Chelsea, but still, can’t you leave your attitude at the door when you’re on the clock?

Wow, I’ve never been to a Market Basket before, they don’t have these in New Mexico where I live. I wish they did! Such a clean store, very friendly and helpful employees, and what an amazing array of produce, deli, and meats! They have everything! On top of that a long line of checkout stands and they were all open. No long lines! Great shopping. Thank you!

We stopped going for most items because since, Artie T as I believe he is called, was reinstated. We the customers have to pay the price for them loosing money. I see prices rising and rising. Also see they have no problems opening more and more stores in with our money. I was faithful to them while they were down but now I feel like I was stabbed in the back. We have almost totally stopped shopping them. We now shop a competitor with lower prices. Bye bye market basket.

had needs of parking & shuttle at 4 am going out & 1 am coming back. too many places had no shuttle for those hrs. or wait times too long. 1 call to Park Shuttle & Fly all time tables fell into place. when arriving to fly out we were on the way to airport minutes after parking and picked up minutes after picking up baggage and a simple phone call. all the people we came in contact with from Park Shuttle & Fly were the greatest, friendly, informative, polite and extremely helpful with baggage. no plans to fly soon but know where to park for Logan next time. also directions to get to are simple and make it easy to find.

We like the Park Shuttle & Fly very much. We dropped off our vehicle on 7/31 and got taken immediately by a polite and friendly driver to the airport. We kept the receipt they gave us and it has the number to call upon return. We decided to splurge on having our vehicle detailed and are glad we did! Upon return we called for pick up and the driver came within minutes. He asked for the number on our receipt so he could drive us directly to our vehicle. He helped us to unload our bags and handed over our keys. We tipped $1 each bag both ways.

The detailing team did an awesome job-my husband was very pleased as he doesn’t have a lot of time to wait on his days off for detailing to be done. He noticed some marks on the dashboard were gone and how thorough the waxing was. They left an air freshener and paper mats-a thoughtful touch! We will continue to use Park Shuttle & Fly whenever we travel, and will be adding on the car detailing from now on! Thank you for providing this nice service.

Second easy to do all paperwork and just very functional. It is so nice that you can count on some person, that in the crazy time of travel out and in at the airport, really is helping you. When I arrived after 11 hrs. it took minutes to get the ride to my car! Incredibly happy feeling.

Good option for indoor paintball. Friendly helpful staff. They keep it flowing between speedball, traditional, and low impact. My reason for three stars is there is only one airbag arena. A town/structure course would be a good addition. But it’s space limited.

Today was the first time ever going and it was a great experience. The refs are very professional and they also act like they’ve known you forever. Great place and highly recommend every go and try it out. Paintball is a great sport and this place keeps it going!!

The employees are very nice. You can ask them and they will give you good advice on how to create a plan for you. For a newbie like me it is a very comfortable environment. The other people there are friendly and respectful and help each other. They also correct your form if you ask them nicely and give you advice on how to train better.

Worst customer service. First of all, any and all of the online appointment booking is cancelled automatically by the system without a reason why. And when I called the shop, they said they never got any appointment and the online system doesnt do it right. Great! So I booked another appointment for the next day with the rep on phone and they just took my phone number and said appointment was booked and cut the call.

When I went to the shop during my appointment time the next day, I was told there was no appointment, and their immediate response to that was to send me away asap. No asking what the problem was or if they could schedule it some other time. All I needed was a check on my tire which was losing pressure and they weren’t ready to listen to the issue at all. They told me to wait for 2+ hours if I really wanted to get them to check my car that day. The service rep was talking as if I she was doing a favor to me by taking my car in.

I stopped by another shop close by and the guy there did a 5 minute fix for 20 bucks. Never ever going to pep boys again.

I would like to thank Melissa and her manager for the wonderful service we received yesterday evening. After having a wonder day sight-seeing our SUV got a flat and pulled over to change the tire. It was after 5pm on a Friday night. Most places we called for a tire didn’t have it in stock. We called Pep Boys and Melissa was able to locate a comparable tire but they close at 7pm. We managed to find the store 5 minutes to 7pm. They were so gracious to take us ladies in and change our tire at the last minute. We appreciate your dedicated customer service and getting us on our way back home! Thank you so much for your kindness!

I went in for a simple tire patch, and was informed I was living on borrowed time with a tie rod. Unexpected car expenses are one of the things in life that stresses me out the most, as I can never properly budget for them. Jamie and the mechanic (I did not catch his name!) made what could have been an anxiety inducing day as low stress as possible. They talked me through exactly what the issue was and Jamie quickly quoted me for the repair. She was able to set me up with financing quickly and easily, and my car is driving better than ever. I will absolutely be back for future services and really appreciate the customer service Jamie provided me. This shop is trustworthy and welcoming, an experience I don’t often have with mechanics.

My brother was a resident in the longterm care nursing facility before he passed. He was previosly living in assisted living and a nursing home. The Soldiers Home was by far the best place for him. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and respect they gave my brother. He loved living there and we knew he was being taken care of by some of the best nurses staff I have ever met. He loved the food, and it is one of the cleanest places he’s lived in. Everyone on the staff, from the nurses, to the plumbers, to the aides and therapists, are so kind and friendly. If you are a veteran or have a relative that is a veteran and needs care, do not hesitate to be put on the waiting list. Take a tour of the place and meet the people who work there. You won’t be disappointed.

My uncle Mike passed peacefully last night in the presence of his favorite caregivers. On behalf of Michael Flaherty’s family, I wanted to say thank you. I am his niece, my mother Paula was Mike’s youngest sister..but I know all of you know my Aunt Linda and most of our other family that were visitors for Mike. We are truly thankful for the quality of care and compassion that you guys showed my Uncle in the years he was there. We knew the nature of his condition but you guys never faltered in your care for him…my heart is filled with gratitude when I think about how amazing all of you are. My family and I live in Virginia because my husband and I were both in the US Navy so we weren’t able to be there with Michael the way we wanted to. We always knew he was in good hands with you and all of us knew how dedicated the staff is to the Veterans and their families. To David, Nancy, Fatima, Donna, and all the others at Chelsea, I wish there was more we could do for you guys to show our appreciation. Thank you for giving him the most out of life, you are with us always
