This hotel has a very nice staff and are very helpful. Especially the maitre’D. The room was very spacious, clean and I enjoyed my stay with an excellent free breakfast in the morning from 6:30 to 9:00. I highly recommend staying there. Prices were very affordable. I definitely will be back.on my next trip.

This was our first stay at a Hyatt Place hotel, but it definitely won’t be the last. It was excellent in all respects. Great entrance and lobby area, comprehensive full hot breakfast included, wide hallways, everything super clean, huge room with couch seating area, extra counter space in bathroom, integrated HVAC with wall thermostat (no drafty window unit), great king bed with a comfortable mattress. The price was very reasonable as well. And the location is very convenient, with several excellent restaurants nearby.

It did the job. I had a crazy work schedule at the airport so I decided to stay here for a couple days so I didn’t have to drive all the way home. The price for the 2 days was definitely better than the 3 hotels by the airport. The hotel is just a little walk to the plaza. Starbucks, Friday’s and a couple other spots to choose from. You also have the mall across the way with a dave and busters, what can be better than that.

Don’t forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your resort. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I’m sure!

Beautiful hotel! Great amenities, the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Was there for a friend’s wedding reception, excellent!

We always go there for arcade and apps. Great service and the arcade is huge. Tons of awesome games to choose from. My kids love it! It’s definitely worth checking out.

I like Dave and Busters, but the claw machine prizes needs to be changed. Its so ugly and cheap and it cost 9 credits from your card. I dont think that’s worth it compared to round 1. If only we had better prizes and less machines being broken I’d probably would like it better here. Overall, its a good quick stop by to kill time to bring your kids or adults to kill some time. Food is also average, but drinks are good! 7/10 would recommend

The place was ok some positive and some negative.
Positive, bar is nice and food is good big tvs everywhere and a good amount of games
Negative, the lack of cleaning and some spots by the game machines the floors are so dirty that your shoes 👞 will stick to the floor… and a lots of the game machines are not working and out-of-order some even that your money (when you slide your card with your credits)
I would give a 4 🌟 but the lack of cleaning is a big deal.

My friend had a car accident and stayed in this place, which is actually a hospital equipped with professional nurses and doctors. My friend and his family could not speak English so I served as the point of contact interacting with the care team. All people there are phenomenal, especially the case manager Laura Savage, who went above and beyond to help the family from proper communications, treatment plan, equipment, medications, to detailed needs for discharge. No words can express the appreciation and the wonderful experiences working with them. Definitely recommend it!

Went yesterday to visit a friend. Masks are still required to all visitors. Sign in sheet and temp check. The elevator for visitors is old and needs to be replaced. Think it same one from 1980s when i went there. Needs updates

Very happy with my stay here. Anthony was the desk clerk and he couldn’t have been any more accommodating. He gave me my room earlier than the check in time. I was dropped off by Uber and desperately wanted/needed to take a shower.

I had a clean room with a shower that had great water pressure. Later I asked the lady who was now the desk clerk about the coffee situation and she so kindly hook me up with a coffee pot, cup and enough coffee to get me going on my early morning departure.

Thank you everyone for making my stay a pleasant one.

What a friend and helpful staff !
I was able to talk with the cleaning girls ( what a good vibe ! She said she lives to work here)
5 stars to Emmanuel , the front desk gentleman . Helped me with the internet , coffee with a smile . He is so nice !
“ what else can I do for you today? “ that was part of his talking . I also saw guests approaching to talk with him and he was giving ideas , positive words !
The room was clean . The kitchen appliances worked to my need and were very clean .
In case I need an extended stay in Boston , will definitely do a reservation here.

I cannot say enough good things about Long’s Jewelers in the South Shore Plaza. I was in search of a very specific item and my salesman, Michael Belloli, was first class. Michael and John Marcello were tremendously knowledgeable and I enjoyed my time speaking with them. Michael kept me informed throughout the process and made my wife and me feel special when we arrived to pick it up. His customers are definitely a priority for him. I have made Long’s my exclusive jeweler and plan on making regular trips just to stay in touch with Michael and John.

It took a few calls around to realize what I was up against. The local AD’s were cocky and made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. I spent some time calling around and I found myself in conversation with Geoff at Longs. Funny enough he is from RI as well. The conversation over the phone had me wanting to go there and do business with him. I’m patiently waiting for my specific watch to come in but his personality and conversation had me feeling so great that I’m not even upset about the wait. I will not bring my business to anywhere else from now on. The experience was incredible and highly recommend.

My wife and i love this store, people who work there simply provide an extra ordinary customer service and are so welcoming . Special thanks to Michael belloli , who is such an amazing and knowledgeable sales gentleman , very professional and always take an extra mile in order to satisfy his customers ,he helped me today getting a gift for my wife’s bday. also we had an interesting conversation with John Marcello who is also a very friendly, interesting and very welcoming gentleman. i rode my bike here all the way from oregon.. i got off of the bike and looked at the school in front of me.. which happened to be thayer. took a whiff of the air and immediately smelt a mixture of fresh cut grass, and spaghetti water. after i smelt that spaghetti water i KNEW this was my new home.. i just couldnt stop myself from saying “aw yea babyyy!! this is my kind of school.” i got a few strange looks from people passing by me but at that moment all i wanted to do was take in that magnificent smell of spaghetti water.. im now im a fellow student! so thanks spaghetti water x -fredrick

They aren’t fitting with contact(thanks covid) the items I left with didn’t fit and some how they where still in the bagthat had been misplaced so over the return limit. It was no hassle because everything was unworm…I was credited and left spending more than the credit because the cashier was friendly and fun… I wasn’t asked if I needed help by any other sales person while I was looking for my new size.

So laid back!No pressure to buy & NO haggling sales people. The staff was kind, courteous,and listened to my needs in a vehicle.The prices were the best on the south shore.Not to mention, their dealership has an amazing service and parts department.Because of this I bought my vehicle there. And even after my sale their dealership and staff continue to be just as excellent.I refer all my friends and family to Toyota of Braintree.Simply because they are the best!!

I recently took my 2006 RAV4 in for a routine service. Inez booked me in for the service and in what seemed a very short time, she came to tell me that the work was done and my vehicle was ready to go. I went to pay the very reasonable cost for the service and was on my way, once again very satisfied with the service at Toyota of Braintree.
