Rick was great. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He helped us get our new couch ordered quickly and easily. He asked us about our current set up so that he could help us get the right set up of our new sectional. And he explained the awesome optional fabric guarantee. When you have 4 kids that is a necessity. Shipping will take a few weeks but that’s totally understandable. I can’t wait for him to call and let us know when it’s ready for delivery.

We have purchased furniture for our family room, master bedroom and living room over the last year. In each case we worked with Jordan’s Furniture sales consultant Trevor White. He is an extremely professional, knowledgeable member of the Jordan’s team who is always ready to help us select the best furniture for the specific requirements that we have. We made an appointment with Trevor yesterday and he was very helpful in selecting everything we need for our family room. He’s taken the time to learn our style preferences and always finds us the best solution. We also have had exceptional experience with the Jordan’s delivery teams every time. All of the advertising they do is backed by these exceptional professionals like Trevor when you visit the store in Avon.

An excellent experience. Two hours of bed knowledge and we bought the best mattress for us. Elizabeth our salesperson was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Showed us five mattresses and different types. Very informative. We would recommend Jordan’s to anyone. Not our first purchase there and definitely not our last. Now – where’s the popcorn out front???

It was my first time and I had good company. I found awesome cushion covers that I am so in love with. 😍 and I get ideas from the layouts of bedrooms and kitchen. Best to go with someone who has been there before and can help you navigate through this huge store. I f not you may find yourself staying four hours!🙄. Checking out the good stuff.😊

Shopping experience is very unique… More unique than any store you can go to in MA. Only complaint is how busy the store always is but honestly, I’m sure that’s due to that unique shopping experience. Great store for any of your home needs! Be sure to stop at the cafe while there! Fantastic food for very good value!

I got what I needed. Have only been there twice. Takes a long time to find a sample of what you want to see if it’s what you think from seeing it online. I purchased. Now to put together. The experience was just weird, everyone walking in circles. Had to find my way out!! Wish I just went to the rack, got it and dealt with it if I didn’t like it. I think its more fun with a friend with you instead of alone. Till next time….

The Christmas Tree Shop is always great! There’s lots to offer for the season with reasonable prices. I was happy to go while I was visiting. I just wish they were in Arizona where I now live!

This store has gone downhill. Maybe it’s just the store or maybe it’s the whole company. The store seems hectic and not well planned out. They try and cram too many things in small areas. You can’t move around. The bathrooms were gross. I should have taken pictures. Cashier was pleasant but I don’t know how they keep help in that kind of atmosphere. Good luck. I won’t return to this location. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was bad enough for me to react

Store was convenient for where I was. Clean and very full of product. It was a little bit of a task to find a worker but we did and they were awesome. Big Big shout-out to Carly I believe her name was. She’s very friendly and welcoming. She loved our cat and he was enamored with her.

Great first experience at Petco in Avon! Colleen was our groomer and she did such a great job! Our dog Millie was so excited when she got there and didn’t seem nervous at all. Also a very nice Petco inside! We will definitely be back to get a grooming here, even though it’s a little out of the way. Very impressed!

I visited this store today to get some feeder mice.I will say you will not find better people anywhere.the tanks and cages were clean and all the animals looked healthy.george my snake says thank you.he was Hungary and mice have been hard to find.during the pandemic good help has been hard to find so I was pleased to find the people at this store actually spent some time explaining policies and procedures and actually helped my find what I needed.also I had called before I drove there and they answered the phone.you may think that’s funny but the truth is some stores just don’t care right now.I think this pet shop is a gem .thank you for the great service I received.god Bless and stay safe

I went with my wife to get some vinyl siding. Nobody in that place asked if we need help . Nobody had the decency to greet us. They pretend were busy. Never again. Terrible customer service. Instead I went to Home Depot.

Moved to Florida & this is our go to pizza when we come back to visit. Order ahead because theirs usually a wait but well worth it. Still the same after all these years. If you like your crust a little crispy order with laced edges.

Came in for the first time always wanted to try the famous pizza from Randolph ma loved the old school pub atmosphere .

Wanted to eat in….my complaint would be over a hour for two pizzas on a Tuesday afternoon sorry first and last time was not happy because all that’s in the menu is pizza so the wait should not have been 1 hour and 6 min the pizza crust tasted like cardboard I’m sorry not Exaggerating did I mention the iced water and iced tea that was ordered had a very heavy bleach taste…. I was really disappointed I really wanted to try the famous pizza from Randolph ma and have a great experience like I have heard so many different people whom have been there…I’m sorry Randolph !!

I have definitely had my fair share of good bar pizza, however I’m no expert. BUT this is without a DOUBT the best bar pizza I’ve ever had. Everything was a 10/10 truly and fantastic experience from the food all the way to the atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son purchased the Linwood 5-Piece Bedroom Set and had it delivered on 11/25/2020. Upon delivery, 1 piece was missing (mirror), the 2 dressers were damaged and nightstand was doesn’t fully close. We called to get it replaced and was told that they will call us back the next day. No one did. In the meantime, we put a bed on the bedframe and it broke. After spending $1000.00, we have 4 damaged piece and 1 piece missing.

I followed up on the call on 12/3/2020, the first rep (Gabby) informed me that someone will reach out within the next hour to schedule a delivery time and that the replacement set will be delivered within 24 hours.

I called back and was told by Rep. Valerie that she sees a return/refund ticket. We did not want a refund because the refund process is to wait for BJ’s to come back and pick up the item (who knows how long that will take?), once the item is received it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to hit the bank account. Then, we can order the item again and wait for them to deliver it. My son is currently a college student who works hard for his money and does not have the time for a large retailer to play games with $1000.00 and wait for them issue a refund and start the process all over again.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold. An hour and a half later, Supervisor Rachel got on the phone and I explained the situation. Frustrated, but politely informed her that I do not want to waste her time if she cannot do anything about this and asked to speak with someone who can. She tells me that she does not want to lie to me. I informed her that I was already lied to by multiple people from BJ’s within the past week so its quite frustrating.

Manager Amanda got on the phone and tells me the only option is to issue a refund and process a new order. My son will still be without a bed during this time.

We are still trying to get resolution for this thousand dollar bedroom set that is broken and there is a possibility my son will be without his bed and sleeping on the couch through the holiday season. Between holds and speaking with multiple reps/supervisor/manager, I was on the phone for 2 hours and 38 minutes, only for Amanda to tell me that another “manager” will be calling me back within 24-48 hours.

Definitely will not be making any more large purchases from BJ’s! Our membership expires at the end of the year. We’re also weighing our option and considering other wholesale warehouse including Costco’s and Sam’s.

This is our go-to take-out place! Their wraps are huge! You’ll need both hands to eat them! The pizzas are great! Online menu is easy to use and check out, the delivery time is pretty quick and all their drivers are amazing! Highly recommend!

This spot is nice and spacious, the menu was delicious and the prices were very inexpensive. quick, effective service and very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this place.
