Please read this. I’ll start by saying, If I could give this place 0 stars I would, that’s how bad the service here is. I’ve never had a good experience here. I have a week old baby, born on 09/20 and today is 09/26, the baby wasn’t moving or waking up so I ran to Signature Healthcare because it’s the closest to me. I got there and had to register my information which took so long. Then we were seen. A nurse told me I can’t stay inside (in the waiting room which I’m guessing is due to COVID) and that I “should go home” and they’d call if anything. They had my 17 year old sister (a minor) with a SIX DAY OLD baby in there for hours without a LEGAL GUARDIAN or anybody. My sister calls me crying because the baby is “acting weird” and the nurses left them in there and she keeps calling for a check up & nobody came! I went to the front desk to urge them to send a nurse and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The nurses are so condescending! They then told me that my baby is acting “completely normal” even though they did no tests, no blood work, nothing. Told me it was PROBABLY “low blood sugar.” I grabbed my stuff and left because I couldn’t take it anymore. Please listen to me when I say this, don’t go there. Don’t bring your family there. Drive the extra miles to Boston Medical or Good Samaritan, they’ll take care of you. Signature Healthcare won’t. This place should be shut down.

I arrived in the emergency department at 8:20 and a few people arrived after me and people that arrived after me was called in before I was as if my pain was less than theirs. This hospital constantly makes people wait it’s ridiculous. People walk in and ask the wait time and leave and probably end up dying because they can’t bare the pain with the long wait time something must change within this emergency department. I should have not have to wait with the pain in my stomach that’s unbearable that I sat and cried the whole time while some gentleman held his hand from a minor injury. A few years back my mother came here for stomach pain and she was sent home a few days later she came back because her appendix burst. This is poor care that is being received at this emergency department. I would never recommend anyone to come here even if their dying.

It was suck customer service. I came early and staying on line for next calling me . The line had the rope on between so I stood on the right side and other came after me stood on the left side by side with me. She knew I was first people when she called next. I came over then she saw me then she called me step back then let other came over. You guides understand why rite. It’s very easy to understand. I was very pleased step back and moved last line until I got to customer service. Then she was never smile. She started at me in a half eye

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me I have to make an appointment just to transfer my plates. There was over 15 windows available with no customers and no one could help me. Then I went online to make an appointment and nothing was available. The people at the service desk were just rushing people through and for pretty much every thing you need to make an appointment on. There was absolutely no one there willing to help. I cant believe how bad things are now at the registry.

My Daughter recently had an road test at this location. She was nervous as expected but the road tester “WCT” was awesome. He made her feel comfortable and eased her nerves. He was very thorough, courteous and professional. Her overall experience was awesome and this agency should have more employees like “WCT”.

Clean store, helpful staff. There was only 1 register open, all the others where self check out. When you still need someone to key in the veteran’s discount it would have been quicker. The stars are directed to the company, all staff was helpful and pleasant!

I forgot my wallet and I asked the lady at the desk at the register could you hold this she went further and had a receipt so all I had to do is scan the receipt to make it quicker awesome girl need more people like her Blessed spirit I went back and everything was good Just wanna say thanks too bad I didn’t remember her name could give it to you she deserved recognition

One of the best schools ever! This school is so big and well diverse that you will have a great time enjoying conversations with people from different backgrounds. There are so many opportunities from sports to clubs that you will make friends and enjoy them. When it comes to academics they offer a lot of programs that if you do well in will help you with getting into an ivy league school. Brockton High isn’t all that bad as people say it is. It all depends on who you surround yourself with. High school will be challenging but have that mindset to know this is only a challenge, a chapter I am going through with my life and there will be better stuff for you in the future. Class of 2017 and this is a great high school. It’s all up to you on who you wanna hang around, what you want to do with your life.

I was enrolled in this high school for one year and the education was completely horrible. I tried my hardest to be optimistic in my experience but the classrooms are noisy and the students have no respect for the teachers. Also on the same note, since the children are so reckless and wild the teachers seem to be more interested in being “homies” with the students fathers than being strict and delivering a quality education. I was appalled by this experience and would never send my child here.

Andrew P was extremely helpful in setting me up with my new account/phone. I went in with the phone and plan that I wanted in mind and was in and out in under 30 minutes with zero issues. Very laid back and informative and willing to help. Cheers!

Andrew was very helpful – definitely exceeded expectations. I met him yesterday, but after shopping around for a better deal, we returned to work with him. At a time when customer service has generally gone the way of the dinosaur, Andrew (and his co-worker Mario) restored my faith in putting customers first. Andrew helped my daughter with the accessories she needed for her new iPhone, and was extremely patient and helpful. He answered questions and explained everything to us. I very much appreciate his help! Thanks,Andrew! Also want to give some praise to his co-worker, Mario. They are both fabulous!

I absolutely love the ladies that work the pharmacy here and the people in the front of really good too especially the shift leader Lynn very observant definitely an amazing asset to your company keep up the good work Lynn and all of you guys you all do a great job. The Walgreens in Randolph they should be shut down you guys keep doing your thing
