Room could be a little cleaner but honestly you get what you pay for. It’s not a super expensive hotel and it’s barely a 20 minute drive to any major sight seeing events. However, it’s a little sketch. They can’t be blamed for what happens around their business. I just definitely wouldn’t walk alone in the parking lot at night. Sheets were clean, bed was fine, pillows were fine, but towels were horribly thin and small. For almost $200 a night I’d expect a little better quality. Free coffee in the morning. Decent vending machines. Worse part is walls were so thin I could hear the drunk teenagers in the room next to mine. If you need a place to stay but don’t plan on being in there extensive time this may be the hotel for you.

Room was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly. We had zero issues during our long weekend stay. The location is ideal with just a short drive to both Boston and Salem. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel clean and comfortable. Public areas and rooms were nice.
Had the pleasure to check in with Jonathan, who was very professional and helpful. However, I had the unfortunate experience to check out with Brian -if he gave his real name; I have never had to deal with a staff member so rude and disrespectful. He was the most impolite person and gave me an attitude for no reason at all. This employee is an incredible detriment to the good reputation of this hotel, and furthermore, supremely inadequate for a front desk position. The hotel deserves 4 stars, Brian made it drop to 1.

Clean, nice room. Did not have time to check out fitness area or pool. Breakfast was good. Location is good, many stores and restaurants near by. People are nice and friendly and helpful.

The following has nothing to do with the hotel or service.

What’s not good about the area, the fricken streets in the area. They are crazy narrow, round abouts are not my favorite and the divided street sucks as to go to any establishment on the other side of the road you need to drive 1/2 mile down the road then 1/2 mile back. It’s a town that must have grown and developed without a design plan.

Hate to complain in these times but we were here tonight around 5. 2 servers 8 tables total. Took forever for the server to come over. Placed our order finally and that was the last we saw of her. Wings were good but we had no napkins or silverware. After finishing and waiting and waiting. I asked the other server if she sees our server to let her know we would like a check. Got a dirty look from her……. Needles to say we won’t be there again

My fries are stale, I’m sure it was from lunch time. I ordered through uber eats, my To go boxes were not sealed. During times like this you guys should really take extra precaution. I would like to enjoy the food as if I was dining in. If my fries were a bit cold, fine but stale cold fries? Absolutely not.

Love this place foods great and not too expensive. Went there for dinner with my 9yo son and 12yo nephew and they both really loved it. If everyone is getting boneless wings just order the lager quantity and a bunch of different sauces and you will save a few bucks

My fiance and I went to the Square One Mall to look for wedding bands for our January wedding. A nice lady was helping us and a gentleman was observing who kept interrupting and talking about how he was going to buy the rose gold one for his wife (which was fine). The lady was checking the price on the register screen and my fiance could smell a strong odor of maybe body odor. The lady continued to show us a few more and the guy was watching close by. His mask was below his nose and that made us uncomfortable as well. We decided to leave because we couldn’t stand the smell any longer. We thanked the lady and told her we would be back another time. The other women working were using sanitizer and wearing their masks appropriately and seemed to keep on top of keeping things clean.I feel like I needed to write a review so someone at Zales knows of our uncomfortable visit. Thank you!

I have never bought any skate stuff at Zumiez before but I will for now on, the prices were great, and the manager Conner was the only person working and treated everyone in the store so good even though it was busy! He helped me pick out a whole entire complete skateboard piece by piece until I had exactly what I wanted and even put it together so I could drive right to the skatepark and start riding!

The entire experience was AMAZING!!! There’s also comedy there but we didn’t get to see a show. We saw this restaurant from the highway and had to stop and it was so worth it. The inside is so cool and there’s different sections that have different decorations.

And now I’ve been here, after passing it many times on the road. The building inside and out is immense. The decor and lighting really works for it (lower lighting unless at your table, and all sorts of Polynesian motifs.) Not my usual kind of food, but it was good. Food and drinks were ready quickly. I got the red chicken curry (Thai), and although it did not come with rice, it tasted really good. Knowing they’ve eaten here before without issue, I’m calling it a solid place to eat.

Favorite haunt. Consistency. You could be in prison and come here 20 years later and the food still hasn’t changed. They hustle and put out a great product. Comedy upstairs and food always fresh. Never have had a bad meal here. I remember Rapunzel the singer in main dining room back in the day. Place is a national landmark.

I was very pleased with going to the store. It is a very big and beautiful store with many large selections of various items. I was looking for a metal detector and an employee with grey hair and glasses had helped me find what I was looking for. He was very nice and gave very helpful advice. The people at the cashier were very nice. I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back here, but it was very nice!

Stuart the bicycle specialist was absolutely awesome. He was patient and took time to explain to me in detail the problem I had with my shifters, and was honest enough to let me know he may not be successful with the repair as my bike is older and parts are hard to come by.
He ended up fixing it perfectly and got me back on the road.
Stuart went over and above the call of duty on both my visits to be very professional and super friendly. Employees like Stuart really can draw a loyal following to that store.

Came here in desperate search of a specific Christmas Headband that I found on the Claire’s website. I needed this in a pinch for my kid’s Christmas Portraits that were to be done Nov 1. It was definitely a close call considering I was coming in the week of Halloween and most of the Christmas shipment hadn’t been delivered yet or stocked on the shelves. The store manager (I believe her name was Gabby? My memory is terrible! She had beautiful long dark hair with bluish tips) was PHENOMENAL! Every single time I came in during that week, she completely stopped everything she was doing to go in the back room and rummage through random shipment boxes to find the item I needed. We weren’t able to find the headband in time but she allowed me to leave my name and phone number and called me when they finally came in a shipment (it was too late and the pics had already been done) but A+ to her for being so genuinely caring of my needs and being extremely patient with me! Every store manager should be this courteous! She should be promoted to a higher up position or given a raise for her wonderful service! Will definitely be going back!

Went in for old times sake since I heard the company went into bankruptcy. Now I see why they did.They had probably 5 different sales going on in the store and did not make it clear which items go with what sale. Without the sale the cheap jewelery that litters the store is insanely overpriced and has no quality control.

I always get confused. Is it Hibachi or Tepanyaki? You know, the grill is at the table and the chef makes a show of cooking the meal. Onion volcano. Egg tricks. Flying shrimp. Squash launched into your mouth.
I love this culinary entertainment, but the food is what counts. You see the raw meat and can tell its great quality. Everything is fresh. Served right off the grill, hot and delicious. Great place and even good for kids. A÷.

Hibachi experience was great. Cook had fun with the kids. Food had delicious taste. Servers were not as attentive but it was very busy night. Waited about 30 minutes for our table. Booked a reservation and arrived early.

I came to get my nose pierced again because the first time i got it pierced it was pierced incorrectly and never healed properly. Nadine was very sweet and walked me through the process. She pierced my nose very fast and told me everything to do to make sure it heals correctly this time. i would definitely go back for more piercings 🙂

My family decided to try out lux dental in the Sq 1 mall and it seemed perfect at first. Customer service was good, kids enjoyed playing while we waited, dental cleanings were efficient etc… the trouble began when I had a some cavities filled. The first filling took a full hr which is much too long for only 1 small filling and the dentist used a plastic thing to keep my mouth open the entire time. My jaw was so sore when she finally finished. Then my second filling on a different day took just as long. Finally my 4 year old daughter was told she had a cavity and they wanted to fill it. We were told we had to go all the way to their Cambridge location to have it filled. They began drilling it but couldn’t finish because she wouldn’t sit still and wouldn’t breath in the sedative so we had to go to a different pediatric dentist to have it finished. We then had consultations with at least 4 different pediatric dentists who all said it was a baby tooth and it was such a tiny cavity they wouldn’t reccommend drilling into it on a 4 year old. It’s not worth scarring her emotionally for life over a tiny cavity. So why did Lux insist it needed to be filled?! When it came time to have my next cleaning we just started with a different dentist and the ex ray showed that the dentist at Lux never fully drilled out my existing filling or any of the underlying cavity when she filled my second cavity! So I sat there for an hour & they got paid for filling a tooth for nothing! And now because the cavity remained & was allowed to grow for another year I had to get a root canal & crown! I will never go back to lux dental because their work is shoddy and they want to fill every little nook and cranny just to make money.

people who work here should really communicate that there is a no return policy when you buy the shoes. They should also learn how to talk to customers who were not made aware of the no return policy because the workers didn’t communicate it. Won’t be buying from here again. Please learn basic customer service

By far the best stocked and cleanest Macy’s I have ever been in; to be honest I was shocked, even the sales racks were pristine.

10 out of 10 to the staff who were all friendly, helpful and just constantly on the move.

Give your staff some breaks Macy’s or up their pay you’ve got some good ones here and I am a self-professed petty basic princess and they still made me smile.

Linda at customer service is the least helpful associate in the entire store. Typically people assisting customers should be intelligent and wanting and willing to assist customers. However, any time we came to her for help she just passed the buck along to another associate. She also didn’t seem to be the sharpest tool in the Lowe’s since she messed up the total amount and said it was $60 cheaper than it actually was not to mention she needed 7 attempts to spell my email. With Peace and Love she needs to be moved to a department more her speed.

Ruth!!! AMAZING! AN ANGEL!! Going above and beyond to delivery awesome customer service!! I was having trouble with my Lowe’s credit card, as I wanted the no interest special; I’ve been going in multiple times to buy a lot of things to fix my house so they were giving me the 5% option instead of the no interest for months. I explained my situation to Ruth and she spent an hour and a half with me fixing things and calling the credit card company to fix what she wouldn’t over the computer, and the whole time was so sweet and patient, not annoyed at all like how some other representatives can get when things are taking a long time. Ruth needs to be employee of the year and deserves a raise as she really made me appreciate how great Lowe’s is to its customers.
