Our family of 10 had an excellent experience at Hampton Inn Boston- Logan Airport.
The hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was exceptional. They were super friendly, helpful, and kind. The shuttle driver was awesome too!
Special thanks to Maria Berry who went above and beyond. I left a favorite pair of Sandals there on August 23, 2021.
I called the hotel, talked with Maria. She was so positive and caring. She said, “I am going to the post office this afternoon. I will gladly mail them to you.” Maria, YOU ROCK!! Hampton is now my favorite of all hotels. If I ever come back to Boston, I am staying with you again. Thank you!

Overpriced for basic rooms/hotel. Shower is not hot enough, no fan in the bathroom so it gets foggy. Hair dryer is weak/cheap so bring your own. King size bed was not comfortable, very firm and kinda lumpy, the pillows were too soft for the firmness of the bed. Blankets were decent tho. Clean atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast on weekends. Regular breakfast during the week.

The only reason I will not come back here is because of the location. We did not have a car And Boston is a huge area. We finally figured out how to catch a bus from right in front of the hotel, but the bus was not able to drop us off in front of the hotel due to the traffic patterns. It was a very long walk for us to get back to the hotel, after a very long day in a very amazing city.

Everyone was very pleasant, especially the driver who drove the airport shuttle. As is my practice I talked to a lot of people and found everyone just delightful on the staff.

Although we did not stay overnight this trip, we did use the parking lot and shuttle service for our trip out of Logan. Upon arriving at our car very late after a 16 hour day, we found our car battery dead after an interior light was left on. Gabby, a very helpful and kind employee, was nice enough to assist us and get us on our way. She went out of her way to rescue us! We cannot thank her enough. Truly a professional and delightful young lady ! Comfort Inn is lucky to have Gabby!

Great hotel for very early morning departures. The hotel runs a 24 hour free shuttle that is prompt in collecting passengers from the terminals and is especially fast for predawn airport (journey time less than 19 minutes). The wake up call for 3:00 worked exactly as expected and the shuttle departed promptly. Thank you all for the excellent service.

Excellent value and all the staff we came across were so friendly- especially the shuttle drivers! We loved that they shuttled back to airport train so that we could get to and from downtown easily without a car- even though they have free parking!
Breakfast was standard continental.

Does not offer simple services that most hotels now offer.
Walls are very thin. I heard many arguments (and also the making up).
Not bad if you just need a place to sleep and won’t be spending too much time in room. NO ELEVATOR, terrible for disabled. Difficult to get necessities like towels, extra blanket, etc .
On the plus side, the employees are very nice and are willing to help with whatever they can. Julia was especially helpful.
They need to do a lot to bring it up to a 3 star standard. I’d say 2 star but the girls at the front desk get 4 1/2 stars from me.

Quite possibly the worst parking experience. Shuttle from BOS took 45+ min from the call to pickup. It took 4 calls to get through and another 10 to confirm they were still on their way after 20+ min (after being told 10-15 min originally). Picked up and dropped off in satellite lot. Car was not there. I was asked to find my keys in a basket. After searching the lot for my car, we drove back to the hotel to find the car there. Will never be parking here again after the 1.5 hours wasted on a Sunday.

A terrible experience. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. The parking is an absolute nightmare. There is about 15 spots and if you can’t get one, they park your car in some lot off site and you have to leave your keys with them. “Luckily” we squeezed our car next to someone’s window where the dumpsters are stored. When we were checking in they somehow misplaced someone’s car and the guy waited over a hour for them to locate it. Once we finally got into our room, no sleep was accrued. You could hear the woman at the front desk yelling until we left at 5:30am. The cherry on top of this whole experience is that we were changed twice. We were actually charged for a day before we got there, and you can imagine how it’s currently going to receive this refund. The room itself was decent. Other than the bathroom light not working, the windows were open, and the neighborhood is questionable, decent.

Simply incredible. This Target is HUGE! Their selection is amazing! They even have their own Disney section with a storytelling movie for kids!! Also, an added bonus is if your kids like planes it’s right in the landing pattern for Logan and tons fly right over it! Hands down my favorite Target now! 10/10

Hurricane target , sloppy. Nothing is in order. Sizes are all mixed in. Clothes all over the floor. Felt like I just walked into a teenagers bedroom who hasn’t cleaned up since the 5th grade. Hire a cleaning crew ASAP. Worst part was they were OUT OF STOCK on about anything of importance. Items are also extremely overpriced. Target, if you’re going to sell products with high end prices, why not keep the store tidy and offer BETTER SALES. Their sale sections are ALWAYS full of hideous things Salvation Army wouldn’t take. Why always the ugly stuff? Everything else costs an arm and a leg! This place was packed, dirty and sloppy.

Alumni 2013; great teachers, terrible crumbling school. Extra curricular and sport options are abundant. Block scheduling. Again, great teachers. Shout-out to history teachers Mark Fellowes and Carla Maniscalco. They also have a good AP program.
They had an overcrowding issue back in 2013, I’m sure it’s just as bad if not worse now.

Went to school here a decade ago and the teachers were great except for one sour apple. Was in honors classes and their education really prepared you for colleges.

Truly appreciate this place so much. I love it when I get everything I need and I’ll get something that I didn’t know I was going to need. Most of the shopping is done with here. Good quality stuff not cheap looking for the price of the product.

The Cronin Rink is meticulously maintained. The rink manager is very professional and very attentive to all of Cronin’s customers. The ice is properly resurfaced at regular intervals and home to many local elite figure skaters.

I love the location of the store since I live 10 minutes away and is the closes shoe store near me. I always find what I’m looking for so that’s a plus. The employees are very nice they will usually come up to you and offer to help.

Terrible- I go there and there are more employees than customers, so you’d think someone would be helpful, but no! I go up to at least five Home Depot employees asking for help. Not one of them cared or knew about what I asked for. I asked where microfiber cloths were. An employee waved in the general area of the entire basement floor and walked away. I asked where locks were and an employee waved at the wrong aisle. I asked where pipe cleaners were and an employee had no idea what I was asking about. Most employees were just walking around aimlessly or huddled together chatting, and seemed annoyed that I was there and asking them for help. Deeply unhelpful and disturbing. Why even hire these people? And not one of them seemed to know an iota about home improvement. I will avoid going to this store at all costs and will be continuing my online orders from Amazon instead.

I was able to replace my debit card with my passport and STATE DRIVERS LICENSE 9NOT MA but adjacent home state) then, I was told by Ana ‘no “temporary” checks’. Finally I was told I could go to the branch in Fanuel Hall.. SO>>> we drove there and because I opened my account in a different state- not even with Passport AND DRIVERS LICENSE FROM THAT OTHER STATE!! ( shown to Ana above) not available to you. IF I were in my home state I could’ve gotten home to get the checks I forgot. Legendary, but for poor service, not adequate even.

The worst customer service I have ever received in a bank. I went to the bank looking to withdraw $20 in quarters (2 rolls of quarters). The employee helping me informed me that all the rolled quarters were done by customers not employees, which would mean they aren’t guaranteed to be $20. I have never heard of this so I asked how they were able to give out quarters that’s aren’t equal of value from what they world be deducting my account. I asked how that was ok and why they’re aren’t re rolling them to the proper amount. He said that it’s not in his job description to roll change. I ended up getting the two rolls of quarters anyways. When I got out to my car I counted the two rolls….. the first roll had $17.25 and the second had $16.75….. I don’t see how this is professional or legal to deduct $40 from a customers bank account but only give them $34…..

Store was incredibly HOT, LOOKED as if they were short staffed ,but when my cashier Kristen j waited on us the wait,the heat didn’t matter! She actually folded our clothes rather than balled them up ! Incredibly out going, felt like I knew her forever! What made our experience the best she interacted with all of us and thanked my brother for his service! He is in the reserves ! Overall hands down her service was AWESOME

Good option for indoor paintball. Friendly helpful staff. They keep it flowing between speedball, traditional, and low impact. My reason for three stars is there is only one airbag arena. A town/structure course would be a good addition. But it’s space limited.

Today was the first time ever going and it was a great experience. The refs are very professional and they also act like they’ve known you forever. Great place and highly recommend every go and try it out. Paintball is a great sport and this place keeps it going!!

Rented from Eagle for years in the past with slight issues. Last time i waited over an hour for them to get my rental ready. Also, the rear brakes stopped working. I just recently booked 6 bikes and they charged my CC for all 6. I have been trying to get hold of them so they can charge all the other peoples card and it has been next to impossible. This place has gone down hill hard. Never again

My brother was a resident in the longterm care nursing facility before he passed. He was previosly living in assisted living and a nursing home. The Soldiers Home was by far the best place for him. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and respect they gave my brother. He loved living there and we knew he was being taken care of by some of the best nurses staff I have ever met. He loved the food, and it is one of the cleanest places he’s lived in. Everyone on the staff, from the nurses, to the plumbers, to the aides and therapists, are so kind and friendly. If you are a veteran or have a relative that is a veteran and needs care, do not hesitate to be put on the waiting list. Take a tour of the place and meet the people who work there. You won’t be disappointed.

The word love is an over exaggeration. On my tour of duty(job) I had the pleasure of visiting the Chelsea soldiers home and out side looking in the place seemed well organized and the veterans that assisted me where very respectful and eager to help.

My uncle Mike passed peacefully last night in the presence of his favorite caregivers. On behalf of Michael Flaherty’s family, I wanted to say thank you. I am his niece, my mother Paula was Mike’s youngest sister..but I know all of you know my Aunt Linda and most of our other family that were visitors for Mike. We are truly thankful for the quality of care and compassion that you guys showed my Uncle in the years he was there. We knew the nature of his condition but you guys never faltered in your care for him…my heart is filled with gratitude when I think about how amazing all of you are. My family and I live in Virginia because my husband and I were both in the US Navy so we weren’t able to be there with Michael the way we wanted to. We always knew he was in good hands with you and all of us knew how dedicated the staff is to the Veterans and their families. To David, Nancy, Fatima, Donna, and all the others at Chelsea, I wish there was more we could do for you guys to show our appreciation. Thank you for giving him the most out of life, you are with us always

This place is fantastic! There are a million places that have pizza, wings, and other apps. However, not many places have good pizza and wings. Well, The Brown Jug has just that! Honorary mention to the toasted ravioli as they were also fantastic. Honestly, everything I have had from here was a cut above what I would have expected. I plan to make this a regular spot from which I order. So happy we discovered this place!!

Our absolute go to for our family. The pizza is unlike any other and the service is amazing- so personal and they even remember our order at this point! We’ve been coming with our family as far back as I can remember and we are always so grateful for a relaxing night out.
